H-E-B commissioned Spur Digital to help promote their new Web-based pharmacy, highlighting the online prescription refill capability. Spur Digital planned, implemented, designed and managed an integrated online marketing plan to drive visitors to www.myHEBpharmacy.com through dedicated emails, pay per click search advertising, viral marketing and display ads on various websites targeted to specific Texas cities. The site featured a contest to win gift cards to H-E-B. Entries were captured through a lead database implemented by Spur Digital, further expanding H-E-B’s email list. Additionally, the site drove traffic to H-E-B’s pharmacy refill page and educated visitors on how to transfer and submit new prescriptions to H-E-B. Overall, the campaign generated over 16,000 visits and 10,500 contest entries in just four weeks.
